| Welcome fellow deviants to the OneColorPhotography group! Here are some guidelines that hopefully will help you submitting your art to this group: On the Purpose of the Group: This is a group dedicated solely to monochromatic photography, in other words, photography that is mostly of the same color, be it yellow, red, blue, black, or any other color. On the Gallery and Submissions: When you submit a deviation to the groups' Gallery you will find two types of folders: the color folders and the "streaks of color" folder. Here is a brief explanation on them: the Color folders - Each folder of this kind will represent the color of its title, and will contain only photography in which that color is the main focus, in other words, photography in which that color occupies most of its canvas and that may or may not contain small details in white, black, shades of gray or different shades of the main color (otherwise it will be considered as having two colors, therefore not being monochromatic - unless that the second color is a really small and blurry detail). the Streaks of Color folder - This folder will contain photography in which the main color is not the one that fills most of its canvas. In this folder the main color will be the color of the details and most of the canvas has to be white or in light shades of grey. Bear in mind that the colored details of the photo have to be of a single color, otherwise it's not monochromatic. This is a photography group, meaning that no other form of art will be accepted, including photo manipulations. On Declined Deviations: If any of your submissions is declined, if you don't receive any message stating why, and if even so, you wish to know why your work has been declined, just comment asking for feedback, and it will be given to you as soon as possible.
